Massage is essential to any athlete's training and recovery routine.
Massage improves circulation, decreases muscle soreness and stiffness, and improves range of motion. Athletic performance can also be enhanced with regular massage therapy. For athletes, massage is a key part of keeping their body healthy and performing at its best.
Do you know a hardworking student-athlete who could use a little help recovering? Nominate them for a free recovery package from us! We'll select a new athlete every week to receive one.
A recovery package includes:
15 minutes of Infrared Therapy
10 minutes on the Vibration Plate
30-minute massage
Fine Print
Everything in the package must be used during the same visit
Winners will be selected and contacted on Sunday
Winners are eligible to be nominated again after three months
Any age athlete is eligible to be nominated
